
Technical Sales Specialist

Key to our success is a highly motivated and accountable Sales Engineer who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of their work, and deliver value through technical expertise and client engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest and understanding of geotechnical systems such as mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls, slope engineering, and erosion protection. They should be able to act as a technical ambassador for our solutions, building trust with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities include taking full ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation to technical proposal and closing—understanding client challenges, proposing tailored, technically sound solutions, preparing and presenting compelling technical and commercial proposals, collaborating with engineering and project teams to ensure alignment and feasibility, monitoring market trends, and identifying strategic opportunities for growth.
Additionally, the successful candidate will attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events to represent us professionally.
We are looking for someone who possesses dedication and accountability, takes initiative, follows through, and owns their results. A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in geotechnical engineering or technical sales. Exceptional fresh graduates may also be considered.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts for clients are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with AutoCAD or geotechnical design software are pluses. Willingness to travel and conduct site visits is also necessary.
