Business is on the move and so are we. We're looking for an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial regulations and laws, with experience in managing accounts payable and receivable processes, preparing tax returns, and conducting audits.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, along with at least 2 years of accounting experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accounting Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including reconciliation and reporting.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with regional tax laws.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct audits and ensure all financial statements meet regulatory standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update accounting records and systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local laws.
  • Budgeting: Generate periodic financial reports and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
  • Payroll Processing: Handle payroll processing, ensuring tax compliance and timely disbursements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of accounting experience with exposure to regional tax regulations.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting standards, regional compliance laws, and proficiency in accounting software.
  • Language: Excellent English communication skills, reading, writing, and speaking.
