Customer Support Associate

You'll be the first point of contact for customers from French-speaking regions, providing timely and friendly support via phone calls and live chat.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Use your language skills to communicate effectively with customers in both French and English.

This is not just about answering questions – it's about creating positive experiences, building trust, and ensuring customers feel valued and understood.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in both French and English, using active listening skills to understand their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless customer interactions.

What We're Looking For
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (remote, e-commerce, or tech support preferred)
