    • Provide incident management guidance and support to business leaders and employees.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business continuity and incident management plans.
    • Engage with stakeholders to communicate business continuity and incident management initiatives and outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in business continuity and/or incident management.
  • Advanced knowledge of business continuity and incident management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
