Job Title: Financial Administrator (w/ Bookkeeping)

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time role that requires the individual to manage financial operations across multiple entities, including accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and data entry.

The successful candidate will have strong Excel skills, particularly in vlookup functions, and proficiency in accounting systems such as Dext and Xero. They will also be able to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing requirements.

The role involves processing transactions, generating financial statements, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as professional communication skills.

The position offers growth opportunities, mastery of various accounting systems, and international business experience. It is a dynamic and challenging role that requires attention to detail and high accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable invoices and payments
  • Handle accounts receivable sales entries and statements
  • Download and prepare financial reports from various systems
  • Perform data entry and maintain records in accounting systems
  • Process transactions in Dext and Xero for Australian operations
  • Learn and operate Exact and Facecode systems for European operations
  • Generate and distribute financial statements
  • Maintain accurate financial records across entities
  • Execute Excel functions like vlookup for analysis

Requirements:
