Job Title: Accounting Specialist
This role involves managing financial records and bookkeeping systems, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements and financial accounts, generating financial reports and statements, tracking property-related expenses and income, maintaining organized financial documentation, and reporting directly to management.
The ideal candidate will have proven bookkeeping experience, proficiency in accounting software and remote work tools, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, English language proficiency, and the ability to work US Eastern Time Zone hours.
As an independent contractor, you will enjoy permanent work from home, immediate hiring, and a steady freelance job. You must have your own computer and internet connection, and benefits and taxes are handled independently.
Compensation is hourly, based on performance during the application process.
