Job Title: Accounting Specialist

This role involves performing routine accounting activities, including payroll, general ledger posting, and preparation of various accounting reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple clients and industries.
  • Understand how payroll preparation and monthly transaction entry relates to year-end information.
  • Review accounts for appropriate postings and calculate retained earnings.
  • Assist clients with accounting, payroll, and basic software issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field.
  • US Accounting experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and practices.
  • Experience with accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
