Serve as a key player in the kitchen, responsible for preparing a wide range of delicious dishes with impeccable presentation.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of recipes and portion controls.
  • Maintain exceptional safety, sanitation, and organizational skills throughout the shift.
  • Restock all items as needed, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Function 1: Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation, adhering to established protocols.

Function 2: Monitor equipment performance, report any issues promptly, and collaborate with engineering for timely repairs.

Function 3: Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 2-3 years of culinary experience in a reputable luxury hotel chain or food & beverage establishment.

Preferred Qualifications: Certificate in culinary arts or equivalent, ability to communicate effectively in English.
