The Role

This full-time position offers a dynamic opportunity to join our innovative team based in the Philippines and Netherlands. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fueling our business growth. You will utilize online platforms and tools to conduct research, identify potential leads, gather and verify contact information, and maintain our lead database. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential leads using online platforms and tools.
• Collect and verify contact information for our lead database.
• Initiate contact with prospects through email or InMail outreach.
• Schedule meetings or demos for account executives to further the sales process.
• Maintain and update our lead database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide administrative support to our sales and marketing teams as needed.
• Generate reports and metrics to track lead generation activities and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, and/or business/sales development roles.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, even when working under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies as needed.
