Job Title: Marketing Associate



St. Catherine Realty Corporation is seeking a dedicated Marketing Associate to lead and oversee the marketing department. As the marketing associate, you will create marketing strategies and develop marketing campaigns.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Manage administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

  • Analyze consumer behaviour data and generate reports on marketing and sales metrics.

  • Facilitate promotional events and create advertising material with the Marketing Design and Content teams.

  • Maintain organized records of past marketing metrics and advertising campaigns.

  • Generate regular reports forecasting sales and observe the marketing activities of competitors.



Requirements:





  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.

  • Fresh Graduates are eligible to apply.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and relevant techniques.

  • Proficient use of computer programs, including MS Excel, web analytics, and Google Adwords.

  • Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and analysis.

  • Possess a goal-oriented attitude, interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication, and time management skills.
