Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support our financial planning, analysis, and reporting efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and deliver actionable insights.

  • Support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting for product-focused teams.
  • Deliver actionable insights through analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends.
Key Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Finance Analyst include:

  • Assisting in developing comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives in collaboration with Product Managers.
  • Playing an active role in the budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions.
  • Compiling and assessing monthly financial commentary to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and clearly presented.
  • Performing ad-hoc financial analyses to aid strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Managing and continuously improving financial models and reporting tools to support effective analysis.
  • Working closely with Financial Control and Business Support teams to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline month-end processes, and strengthen internal controls.
Requirements:

A successful Finance Analyst should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with a strong interest in building a career in Finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling) and preferably experience using SAP and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with a proactive and structured approach to tasks.
  • A collaborative mindset with professionalism, innovation, and a continuous improvement attitude.
