Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of comprehensive business intelligence solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable analytics strategies.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform business growth initiatives.
  • Design and implement intuitive dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Provide technical expertise in BI tools, data visualization techniques, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on advanced analytics and BI principles.
  • Evaluate and maintain data accuracy and integrity across all project deliverables.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and methodologies to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  • Experience in creating and managing complex dashboards and visualizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and adaptation to new tools and technologies.
