Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage third-party vendors within our Consumer domain for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Consumer support requirements, vendor management best practices, and a proven track record of effectively managing vendor relationships.

This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced business environment with broad impact.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage performance and relationships of BPO Vendors
  • Analyze data to drive operations improvements and present insights to Vendors and Internal stakeholders
  • Create and execute strategies to improve vendor performance
  • Evaluate vendor compliance with Coinbase requirements policy wise and contractually
  • Foster solutions to performance-related problems using Lean Six Sigma principles
  • Drive continuous improvements and quality performance of partner metrics such as quality, productivity, staffing, training, attrition, and efficiency
  • Hold vendors accountable for executing Coinbase operational excellence & contractual standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in strategic decisions designed to meet quality and service goals
