About the Role

Wearehuman8 is looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for managing business intelligence projects from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: You will oversee business intelligence projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Data Analysis: You will collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets, identifying trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: You will create reports, presentations, and other visualizations to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., social science, psychology, business, or economics).
  • At least 5 years of professional research experience.
  • Demonstrated success through impactful research.
  • Analytical skills, strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw conclusions.
  • Excellent communication skills, clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking, ability to connect research insights to broader organizational goals.
  • Adaptability, flexibility in handling changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Technical proficiency, familiarity with tools such as data analysis software.
  • Leadership, experience in leading research teams and managing projects.
