AXA Philippines is a leading insurance company that requires a highly skilled Incident Response Senior Officer. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our corporate information assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Response Efforts: Lead the response efforts to security incidents, including coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
  2. Develop and Implement Plans: Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures, ensuring compliance with AXA Group Operations security instructions.
  3. Provide Technical Expertise: Act as a technical subject matter expert for DLP and UEBA controls.
  4. Manage Vendor Performance: Manage and monitor the performance of the SOC vendor, ensure KPIs are met, and address issues.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 4 Years Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a security analyst or incident responder or other roles concentrating on threat detection and mitigation.
  2. Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with SIEM tools and IP and domain reputation sites.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
  4. University Degree: University degree in Computer Science or related fields.
