Cloud Computing Professional

A Cloud Computing Professional is responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of our multi-tenant SaaS software platform, hosted in Microsoft Azure.


The primary objective is to provide a robust and efficient infrastructure that supports business growth and scalability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Incident Response and Troubleshooting: Respond to alerts, investigate issues, and identify root causes to ensure system stability.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to facilitate fast and reliable software releases.
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Utilize Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to containerize applications and scale them efficiently.
  • Cloud Management: Manage cloud resources on Azure, optimizing cost, security, and performance.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure system availability and performance.
  • Security and Compliance: Collaborate with the security team to implement best practices for security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
  • Scripting and Automation: Write scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of major cloud service provider operations experience.
  • Experience maintaining, scaling, and operating a consumer multi-tenant offering.
  • Proven experience with containers and container orchestration systems.
  • Experience designing, improving, and operating CI/CD release pipelines.
  • Templating and Configuration Languages experience.
  • PowerShell experience required.
