Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing high-quality training data sets for AI models that enhance their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice
  • Annotating data to ensure AI models align with human values and principles
  • Improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to meet linguistic standards
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate data sets
  • Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes
  • Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting guidelines and flexible priorities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Journalism, Creative Writing, English, or a related field
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
  • Ability to edit and improve written communication across various fields
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Well-honed internet research skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
