Our team is seeking an individual to fill the role of Booking Coordinator. This position involves working closely with assigned clients to select the best staff for each assignment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Working with assigned clients to select the best staff for each assignment.
  • Recruiting, enrolling, and training promotional staff over the phone and via email.
  • Booking and managing the chosen promotional staff for assignments nationwide.
  • Evaluating/recording/processing all promotional staff after completion of each assignment.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and talent.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher strongly preferred.
  • Ideally 2-5+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, communications, or event staffing.
  • Excellent communication skills, organization, and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel or equivalent Google software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively over phone and email.
  • Reliable, determined, and self-motivated.
  • Open availability is required; standard office hours are Mon–Fri 8am–5pm Eastern Time, with follow-up outside office hours as needed.
