Job Title: Music Sales Representative

 

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Music Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective lead conversion, enrolment success, customer retention, and package upgrading.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Conversion: Make 50-75+ calls per day to follow up with leads from various channels and book trial lessons, guiding parents and prospective students towards a musical journey.
  • Enrolment Success: Contact families after trial lessons to secure enrolments and answer questions about our programmes, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Customer Retention: Reach out to families requesting withdrawal, understand their concerns, and provide solutions to encourage continuation, building trust and rapport with parents.
  • Package Upgrading: Engage with existing students and parents to recommend upgraded lesson packages or programmes that best support their musical progress, helping them advance in their musical journey.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrolment and retention goals, driving business growth and success.
  • Relationship Building: Develop trust and rapport with parents, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every stage, from initial contact to long-term relationships.

 

Requirements
  • Prior experience in call centre, sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with a clear, professional phone manner are essential.
  • Ability to handle objections and provide persuasive solutions is crucial for success in this role.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with performance targets are key qualities for this position.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic is necessary for collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if required is desirable, as well as a stable internet connection and quiet working environment suitable for remote calling.
