Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Software Testing Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and executing automation scripts using testing tools.

You will create test strategies and test documents, and processes. Additionally, you will report and discuss issues with the development team, perform both manual and automation testing, and create test scripts for projects.

Your goal will be to provide accurate record results, test cases, and share feedback to the project team. You will also ensure that the finished product complies with the project objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using testing tools
  • Create test strategies and test documents, and processes
  • Report and discuss the issue with the development team
  • Perform both manual and automation testing and create test scripts for the projects
  • Provide accurate record results, test cases, and share feedback to the project team
  • Ensure the finished product is complies with the project objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a closely related discipline
  • At least 5 years of working experience in QA procedures, programming languages, and test management tools
  • Strong experience in test automation tools (e.g. Postman, Selenium)
  • Has working experience in API Testing
  • Experience with any programming language either Java, C#, Python, etc
  • Leadership experience is an advantage
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, analytical skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation skill and report writing skill

Preferred Skills/Experience/Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications in Azure, Microsoft, Agile, etc.
  • Experience in SQL/NoSQL databases
