Job Summary

The Sales and Business Development Leader for Neltex Development Co. Inc. is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the construction industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve district sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Develop and implement product mix selling strategies to increase revenue from both manufactured and distributed products
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through professional sales techniques and long-term account management
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in marketing, brand, or sales environments
  • Proven track record of sales management and leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
