Job Title: Automotive Sales Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, the Automotive Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This position involves preparing accurate customer quotes, supporting administrative tasks, and assisting with customer communication.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and send accurate quotes via email by interpreting the Excel-based price list and using CRM templates.
  • Maintain accurate records of quotes and customer correspondence.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, including managing Facebook messages and comments.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls once quoting has been mastered and capability is demonstrated.
  • Assist with other general administrative duties as required to support business operations.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales admin role or similar.
  • Strong written English skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in quoting, administration, or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferred but not essential; training provided).
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to developing into a long-term role.
