We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Systems and Data Quality Assurance (QA) activities. This role is responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and reporting of the annual risk-based AML Systems and Data QA testing plan.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the risk-based AML Systems and Data QA testing plan, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to apply risk analysis, data analytics, and process understanding in QA activities.
  • Analyze root causes of identified issues and associated risks, providing actionable recommendations for process improvements.
  • Deliver high-quality AML Systems and QA reports, focusing on key risks, root causes, and potential solutions.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in audits (internal or external) with at least 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Experience in people management, strong leadership skills, and stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Accountancy, Business, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in handling AML compliance teams.
  • Ability to read and understand SQL.
  • Experience in IT Security Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance, preferably in AML.
