The main responsibilities include:

  • Identifying potential sites for commercial leasing purposes.
  • Conducting thorough research on property documents and negotiations with lessors.
  • Preparing and submitting permitting applications.
  • Negotiating with local government units and lot owners to facilitate the leasing process.
Key Requirements
  • The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of property documents and agreements.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills are crucial for this role.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in E2E Site Acquisition and Permitting processes is required.
  • Telco industry experience is essential.
  • Availability to work in various locations including NCR, NLZ, SLZ, VISAYAS, MINDANAO is preferred.
