About the Role
As an experienced Strategic HR Advisor, you will work closely with people leaders in reaching their goals and formulating winning strategies by focusing on the right decisions, having informed opinions, and aligning capabilities to match demands. Working in a global company, you will experience many types of diversity and in our team, you will have colleagues with diverse experience and competencies, but all with collaboration as a core value.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to enable them to achieve their business goals through effective change management and support them in navigating a matrix organization. Support them to act as a role model for the organization.
- Advise and coach leaders on organizational design, succession planning, workforce planning, performance, retention, etc.
- Ensure compliance with local employee benefits policies and salary benchmarks.
- Provide effective resolution to employee relation issues in accordance with labour law and local agreements.
- Work closely with Business Partners and P&C CoE Partners across Value Chains in APAC.
About You
We are looking for an experienced professional who has already demonstrated their ability to effectively navigate complex organizations and provide strategic advice to senior leaders. You should have:
- Experience from being a trusted advisor and good influencer to senior leadership.
- Ability to effectively navigate in a complex matrix organization.
- Thorough understanding of local employment laws.
- Focus on compliance & process.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Business knowledge.
- Ability to easily adapt to new and changing situations.
- Motivated, displaying perseverance and sound judgment, particularly when working with senior stakeholders and under tight deadlines.
