About This Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Azure cloud services solutions to clients across the country and region.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and mentorship to customers, driving solution architecture and ensuring that the solution strategy is aligned with their business objectives.

You will also be responsible for crafting and implementing solution roadmaps, selecting efficient infrastructure and technology platforms, and developing project plans and work breakdown structures in alignment with customer expectations and contractual obligations.

In addition, you will contribute to pre-sales activities by providing accurate and risk-aware input into estimating and planning processes.

You will also drive new workload implementations and help customers migrate to the cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to customers on Azure cloud services solutions
  • Drive solution architecture and ensure alignment with customer business objectives
  • Craft and implement solution roadmaps and select efficient infrastructure and technology platforms
  • Develop project plans and work breakdown structures in alignment with customer expectations and contractual obligations
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities and provide accurate and risk-aware input into estimating and planning processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

3-5 years of customer-facing experience in customer service, account management, or customer success roles

Minimum 1 year of experience with cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP/Alibaba)

Good knowledge or prior experience working on Microsoft products

Microsoft certified or cloud certified

Customer-facing experience
