Job Overview

This role entails designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure solutions. You will work on building, deploying, and managing CI/CD pipelines using various tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and improving observability with logging and monitoring tools. Your tasks will also include automating deployments, infrastructure provisioning, and scaling using IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation. Furthermore, you will ensure security best practices, compliance, and risk management across DevOps workflows.

Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native tools
  • Strong understanding of SDLC best practices, platforms, and tools
  • Proven expertise in designing and deploying CI/CD automation and deployment strategies
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing Infrastructure as Code
  • Solid understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Argo)
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Go) for automation
  • Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with incident response and management
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, FAST, etc.)
  • Financial services experience or familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO preferred)
  • Experience with serverless computing solutions (AWS Lambda/Fargate, Azure Functions/Container Apps) is a plus
