Job Title:

Senior Web Development Lead

This senior web development lead will be responsible for leading and contributing to the development of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, proficiency in English written and oral skills, and a strong technical background in modern web development using Next.js and component libraries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • 40% leadership and 60% hands-on coding to ensure correct implementation with quality, stability, and readability in mind.
  • Provide technical feasibility and time estimations for tasks.
  • Mentor junior colleagues to improve their onboarding process and make it more seamless.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Engage with the Head of Engineering to craft robust software and define the technical roadmap.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of prior experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient English written and oral skills.
  • Strong technical background in modern web development using Next.js and component libraries.
  • Able to understand complex problems and develop maintainable software solutions.
