Financial Operations Specialist

This role involves overseeing critical financial operations across two interconnected businesses. As a strategic member of the team, you will manage accounts payable, handle intercompany transactions, and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks. You'll work closely with leadership and other key stakeholders while optimizing financial processes and systems.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the financial health of both operations through a mix of independent work and collaborative efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience with North American clients
- Advanced QuickBooks proficiency
- Experience managing multi-company accounting operations
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable practices
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to improve processes and document systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience handling sensitive financial data confidentially
- Comfortable working independently with clear communication
- Experience managing vendor relationships
