Enterprise Development Executive

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving commercial growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales, and will be able to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Main Responsibilities:- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Presentation and Proposal: Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to align business strategies and drive results.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on business development activities and performance metrics to management.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of strategic business plans to achieve company goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Results Orientation: Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel: Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
