As an IT system engineer, you will be responsible for providing level 2 technical support for clients across various Microsoft platforms. Your duties will include administering, supporting, and troubleshooting issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11 environments.

To excel in this position, you should have strong experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune. You must also be proficient in troubleshooting authentication, endpoint, and collaboration issues in Microsoft ecosystems.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Your ability to work closely with service desk teams, project teams, and other stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring efficient incident resolution and project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mandatory:
  • Min 3 years' experience in a Level 2 Systems Engineer or similar role within an MSP environment.
  • Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune.
  • Experience supporting cloud services, modern desktop environments, and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting authentication, endpoint, and collaboration issues in Microsoft ecosystems.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, or equivalent).
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting, endpoint management, and conditional access policies.
  • Exposure to security best practices and compliance within Microsoft cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.
