About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video content that aligns with brand goals.

  • Develop and execute content strategies that drive results.
  • Plan, write, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for various platforms.
  • Promote the organization's brands on social media and serve as a key team player helping with marketing coordination and execution.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

  • Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for video content.
  • Write, direct, and edit high-quality video content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and quality across all channels.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of college education or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in content creation, videography, or digital media.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
Bonus Points
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp and Slack.
