Job Title

We are seeking a skilled consultant to assist in the implementation of time and labor technology solutions. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Enterprise eTime and/or ADP Workforce Manager Solution to achieve all departmental KPIs through the successful provision of consulting and implementation services to clients in line with agreed standards and timeframes.

This role requires a strong understanding of the target eTime and/or ADP Workforce Manager application and database structure to enable effective resolution of transformation errors. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop clear documentation and resolutions.

The consultant will work closely with project teams and clients to fix data issues and ensure that projects are completed on time.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an implementation, client service, or customer service environment is required.
  • Previous experience with Time & Labor technology and/or implementing new technologies within an organization is preferred but not required.
