  • Handle bookkeeping for Canadian clients using QuickBooks Online.
  • Reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian bookkeeping and tax requirements.
  • Collaborate with the head office team on client support.
  • Suggest improvements using automation & AI tools to streamline processes.
  • Take on leadership opportunities as the team expands.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online required).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience supporting North American clients in a BPO setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of North American BPO bookkeeping experience is required.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable – eager to learn about AI & automation.
  • Bonus: People management/team lead experience.
