HawodTech Solutions seeks a highly skilled Financial Reporting Solutions Architect to lead our data analytics initiatives As an Enterprise Planning Analytics Specialist, you will design, develop, and deploy high-performance Planning Analytics reports that cater to the needs of our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and building Planning Analytics reports for budgeting, forecasting, and actual reporting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and provide technical guidance on data analytics solutions.
  • Connecting to various data sources to build robust reporting capabilities.
  • Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Developing in-depth understanding of business requirements to craft tailored calculation logic for key performance indicators.
  • Analyzing report/data discrepancies and troubleshooting issues promptly.
  • Providing support and resolving Planning Analytics/TM1-related problems.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields with a strong background in development and modeling using Cognos TM1/IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 Rules, Feeders, Turbo Integrator processes, and system configuration.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, accounting, or information systems.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in ETL development using tools like ADF, SSIS.
  • Familiarity with large datasets, relational databases, and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or other mainstream cloud computing platforms.
  • Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Able to work in the Philippines without any restrictions.
