Job Description:

  • Prepare, route, and release financial transactions to suppliers and employees in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and update the accounting system regularly.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Payable team on payment matters and ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Print and release relevant documents as required by law and company policies.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of financial data before releasing payments.
  • Update internal systems for tracking financial transactions and performance metrics.
  • Request assistance from administrative staff for depositing funds as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by higher management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or Mathematics.
  2. At least one year of experience in finance and/or treasury operations.
  3. Strong discipline, integrity, and trustworthiness.
