Financial Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analysis Specialist to support our organization's financial goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in financial analysis, participating in budgeting and forecasting activities, and maintaining accurate financial records.

  • Assist in financial analysis by interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and preparing reports to support decision-making.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing accurate and timely financial information.
  • Accurately maintain and update books of accounts (Journal, Ledger).
  • Collect daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets.
  • Calculate employee work hours.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Use a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at the team and individual levels.
  • Enter new employee data into the database.
  • Work with the HR Manager to collect data necessary for performance management and improvement systems and programs.
  • Participate in the implementation of regulatory compliance and reporting.
  • Contribute to policy development and documentation.
  • Enhance company-employee communication.
  • Facilitate employee safety, welfare, and wellness education programs.
  • Monitor formats and quality standards.
  • Respond to employee questions about compensation, benefits, and deductions.
  • Distribute payment statements.
  • Meet with top-level executives.
  • Communicate and transact with providers.
  • Identify and source providers to automate financial processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent course, and at least 6 months to 1 year of accounting-related experience. They should also have a working knowledge of basic accounting principles and be familiar with Labor Laws.
