We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Professional to lead and manage our accounts payable function. In this role, you will be responsible for processing purchase orders, vendor invoices, and payments in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions, vendor statements, and credit card accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records and documentation
  • Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely and accurate payment processing

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in US accounting
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, reconciliations)
  • Knowledge of GAAP, financial close processes, and variance analysis
