Accounting Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at WHR Global Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • CPA with at least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Public accounting experience or industry experience in restaurant and retail preferred.
  • Leadership capabilities and ability to manage accounting staff.
  • Solid financial statement skills and understanding of GAAP.
  • Strong Excel and ERP skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a non-traditional work shift to overlap with the US side work hours.
  • Fluency in English – verbally and in writing.
  • Willingness to work onsite at Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
