About the Role:
We are seeking a sales executive to join our team at SUN & EARTH CORPORATION-DASMA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the sales strategy
- Build relationships with customers
- Drive sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ensure total customer satisfaction by attending to customer needs
- Monitor sales aging and collection
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales volume targets
- Graduate of Civil Engineering, Business Administration or related course
- With at least 3 years experience in sales
- Has understanding of sales performance metrics
- Sales experience in B2B and/or construction industry will be an advantage
- Familiarity with sales reports and records
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
