Senior Payroll Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Professional to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you'll be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand entities.
About the Role:
You will work closely with our management team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, including PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, IRD, Kiwi saver, and all statutory requirements for both Aus and NZ.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation, reconciliation, filing/lodgment, and payment of PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, IRD, Kiwi saver, and all statutory requirements for both Aus and NZ.
- Conduct audits of all payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Familiarize yourself with the taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factors to provide expert advice.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies/queries by collecting and analyzing information.
- Support continual process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
About You:
- 3+ years experience in AUS payroll, preferably with Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll, and general ledger systems.
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in working with diverse populations, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in Excel and data analysis.
