Quality Assurance Specialist

Ensure quality issues and defects are identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in the defect tracking system.

This position involves reviewing requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. You will also create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Additionally, you will estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or other related fields, along with proven working experience in software development and quality assurance. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes is also required.

Preferred qualifications include a keen attention to detail, strong customer service orientation, experience working in a team-oriented, matrix environment, outstanding communication (oral, written, presentation), interpersonal and consultative skills, high integrity and trust, ability to work independently, demonstrated organization, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, and excellent documentation skill.
