Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
  • Influencer Marketing and Partnerships
    • Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
    • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Search
    • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
    • Manage paid search campaigns across platforms to maximize ROI and drive conversions.
  • Direct Marketing and Email Campaigns
    • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate direct marketing efforts with broader digital marketing strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge and Professional Development
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing with a desire to learn and grow in each area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite products.
