The Job
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting delinquent customers to discuss their account status, informing and assessing the customer's situation to suggest beneficial solutions, and following up on repayment promises made by past due customers. Additionally, they will identify uncooperative customers and escalate them to our legal department.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who reside in Guiguinto Bulacan, have prior experience in field collection, and possess a valid driving license with motorcycle ownership. Computer literacy is also essential for this role.
