About the Role
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into impactful designs.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to design and prototype user interfaces for web applications, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and product goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements.
  • Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Conduct UX research and usability testing to gather feedback.
  • Conceptualize and create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends and best practices.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of the designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
  • Proficiency in using Figma and managing design systems.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English as we are a remote international team.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience designing SaaS platforms or enterprise applications.
  • Experience with designing visuals like graphs, tools, or dashboards for developers and technical users.
