**Role Summary:**

The HR Operations Supervisor is a critical position within JG Summit and Affiliates Shared Services (Aspen Business Solutions, Inc.), responsible for overseeing the entire scope of HR operational processes. This includes the management of HR administration, support of various HR initiatives, and delivery of HR services to employees across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  1. Overseeing daily HR operations, encompassing benefits administration and employee data management.
  2. Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases (HRIS).
  3. Guaranteeing timely and precise data entry and reporting for HR metrics and compliance purposes.
  4. Direct supervision of benefits administration.
  5. Strategic management of employee benefits programs, covering enrollments, claims processing, and vendor management.
  6. Providing effective leadership and supervision to the HR operations team, offering functional training, guidance, and support.
  7. Serving as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns regarding benefits and other HR matters.
  8. Efficient resolution of operational issues while consistently delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills Required:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supervisory roles within HR operations.
  • Superior organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
