At the core of this universe are bold, funny, and highly shareable content that aren't just uploads – they're the foundation of an expanding digital world where creators all come together.

We're looking for a story producer who can help shape that world, one video at a time.

Job Details
  • Time: Full-Time (Monday-Friday – 10 hours/day)
  • Location: Remote
Your Responsibilities
  • Pitch new video ideas that capture our audience's attention.
Your Output Responsibilities
  • Produce 1 engaging story cut per week, converting recorded footage into a compelling narrative.
  • Create 5 edited intro's per week that leave a lasting impression.
  • Develop 4 approved ideas per day, focusing on both long-form and short-form content.
Your Performance Metrics
  • Achieve +60% retention on each new video.
  • Ensure +70% end of intro retention.
  • Maintain a +11% clickthrough rate on new idea's.
Your Weekly Schedule
  • Monday:
    • Focus on first draft story cut.
    • Finalize 2 approved ideas for long and short-form content.
  • Tuesday:
    • Work on first draft story cut and finalize briefing for extra shots to be filmed.
    • Finalize 2 approved ideas for long and short-form content.
    • Analyze data and learn from it in team sessions.
    • Write 5 approved intro scripts.
  • Thursday:
    • Finalize 5 approved intro edits.
    • Finalize 2 approved ideas for long and short-form content.
  • Friday:
    • Complete 1 approved story cut.
    • Finalize 2 approved ideas for long and short-form content.
