Key Database Specialist Role

This is a Remote Contract Position for a highly skilled French-speaking Key Database Specialist in US Real Estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining databases, handling marketing-related tasks, and executing Google advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, administer, and manage databases to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure the integrity of data by implementing effective data management strategies.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of database systems to optimize performance.
  • Execute and monitor Google pay-per-click (PPC) or other Google advertising campaigns to achieve desired results.
  • Handle data entry, lead organization, tagging, follow-up processes, and automations with precision.

Requirements:

  • Database Administration, Database Management, and Database Design expertise.
  • Strong Analytical Skills with proficiency in data management tools and techniques.
  • Proven experience in executing and monitoring Google pay-per-click (PPC) or other Google advertising campaigns.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience managing CRM systems with excellent database management skills.
  • Intermediate or higher French-speaking skills with fluency in French and English.
  • Excellent English communication skills, including strong written and verbal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and adapt to changes with ease.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable using trackers with accuracy.
