As a Financial Culture Developer at Sun Life, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture to drive growth in MDRT qualifiers year after year.
The incumbent is responsible for establishing initiatives that foster engagement among the agency force and Distribution Team. This includes executing events, incentives, and recognition programs that promote collaboration and growth.
A key aspect of this role is developing engaging materials and programs to increase activity ratios among advisors on a monthly basis.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will work closely with backroom support teams such as Ops, Marketing, Distribution Analytics, Finance, IT, BTO, NMD, CX, etc. to provide analytics and insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and execute initiatives to grow MDRT qualifiers
