Job Opportunity

This position involves overseeing a portfolio of sellers, converting account relationships into sales, maintaining client communication, and ensuring high satisfaction rates. The ideal candidate will have experience in Account Management or Sales, preferably in a marketplace environment, and a degree in business, commerce, or marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to win listings and manage them through to sale.
  • Prospect potential clients and arrange meetings to showcase the platform's value proposition.
  • Cultivate relationships with the buyside community and manage key strategic stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop marketing materials that articulate the organization's expertise, qualifications, and services.
  • Assist team members in presenting business proposals and negotiate optimal transaction terms.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in M&A, Brokering, or a Sales role.
  • Previous experience in marketplace environments, digital asset sales, or small business sales is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or marketing is highly regarded.
  • Ability to build personal relationships over-the-phone and in person.
Measures of Success:
  • The service provided (e.g. contact touchpoints) and by the TTV (Total Transaction Value) that the book of sellers represents.
  • The number of managed accounts converted to sale, regular communication with clients, and client satisfaction.
